ADJUSTING PLATE
6 Assemble HEAD FACE PLATE "+"driver,"-"driver

2.Remove Head Face Plate

[refer to pic 1-3]
1)With "+,-"driver and -driver, remove fixing Screw
(5each) of Head Face L,U .

3.Replace PRESSER FOOT SPRING.

[refer to pic 2]
T-
Wrench(3mm) 1) With 2.5 T Wrench ,remove UPPER DEAD POINT
needle bar STOPPER/ NEEDLE BAR HOLDER.

Needle Bar Fixed Hoder

2) Remove Needle Bar Fixed Hoder with "-" driver

(small). [refer to pic 2]

3) After push up the Needle Bar like "pic 4","pic5"

,replace PRESSER FOOT SPRING.

4) Replace PRESSER FOOT SPRING , insert Needle Bar

again , assemble Needle Bar Holder,
Upper Dead/Needle Point Stopper

4.Setting for Upper Dead/Needle Point and

PRESSER FOOT SPRING height
1)Set it, refer to 1EH-M-30.

5.Assemble THREAD TENSION PLATE SET

1) Attach the THREAD TENSION PLATE SET.

6.Assemble HEAD FACE PLATE

1) Assemble HEAD FACE PLATE (U,L).
2) Assemble THREAD GUIDE (L).
