We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Procurement Engineer for our
crushing plant at Ba Ria - Vung tau. The job holder will be responsible for:
• Daily operational purchasing activities at plant, including but not limited in negotiate and
execute purchase order for spare part and plant‘s services in accountability area as company
policy.
• Sourcing activities such as: searching, evaluating, developing supplier etc. Maintain supplier
strategy consistency and efficiencies, including sourcing activities for assigned projects.
• Maintain materials master in SAP system as well as contract and documentations properly.
• Proactively manage entire of purchasing process such as quality, delivery time or any other
issue to add value and satisfy the internal customer’s requirement
• Follow up the shipment on logistics and/or supply chain system when necessary, coordinate
with ship agent for importing equipment.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contract/PO, prepare contract/PO, follow up contract/PO and
process payment for suppliers/vendors.
• Proactively in searching and studying alternative innovation solutions to add more value to the
company through purchasing activities.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in engineer, additional business degree or related field is preferred, at least 3-
5 years of working experience in operational purchasing, sourcing in manufacturing company.
• Good at negotiation, communication and influencing skill.
• Experience on SAP preferred.
• Experience on logistic preferred.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
