Motive behind this idea

I think almost more then 80% of people in world use smart

phones & then who has smart phone with internet connection
they visit the online application on site at least once in a day to
watch movies, play games or for searching unknown
information or to place order of certain goods as well services .
Nowadays buyers are attracted towards online market because
of their cheep and best quality product with many offers so that
amazon and flip kart making sound in market and in a same way
in transportation ola and uber are making sound and in food
product Zomoto and in medicine MED+ because of their offer.

INTRODUCTION
Here I am going to say or convince you that online market had
entered in all field but surprisingly not entered the fashion
market . But I have created solution to this. Till now I have not
found the application (APK) to order barber or beautician to
their home so thought to create like this type app which will
help the local people and barber by using this app it reduces
waiting of costumer in barber shop. I have planned price
structure very well.
Procedure:
*To service provider
All local barber and beautician has to join this app community
using OTP given by company and they should enter their
email id to get notification when the customer are waiting for
them there is option called beauty .the service provider has to
click beauty button when there are unable to give service so
that the customer cash choose alternative service provider .
The service provider should open location . So that customer
can find service provider easily.

*To customer
The customer has to find nearest service provider or do their
choice as soon as they choose service provider they has to
mention what are all the services they are required and for
how much persons for example if they need head massage ,
which oil, they need. After finishing it the user has to give
rating to the service provider if they want to write remark
they have to review it to public.

Charges / Salaries
To book the service provider normal charges of association
so RS 30 as a service service charge and Rs 5/km will be
charged as a transportation charge all the transaction will
be made on online and the service provider will get 30% as
commission and all the material required will be provided
by company every product is given the minimum usage
period (how many times 1 product can be used) after this
period the service provider will get new product.
Conclusion
Nowadays people are giving more importance to only 2 things
one is technology and the another is beauty so I thought of
mixing this 2 and it motivated me to create this type of plan
finally.

1. If 2 or more person ask same service provider at same
time?
- There will be bidding in this situation.
2. How to find best service provider?
- There will system of rating and customer review and
every user has to rating for service.
3. Can anyone make misuse of it?
- No, each and every transaction will be done through
online so no misuse can happens.
4. Did fashion designing gives you a more reputation to
company?
- Yes, because this service providers are college students who
studied fashion designing course so that it will their part of
study.
