Comes now, Detective Tiffany Adams, Criminal Investigator of the Siloam Springs Police Department, and under oath doth state: ‘The records of the Siloam Springs Police Department reveal that at approximately 1637, 24 May 2017, Detective Tiffany Adams made contact with Cherie Bolton in the lobby of the Siloam Springs Police Department in reference to an alleged sex crime. C. Bolton stated her husband, Shawn Bolton, was sexually assaulting her thirteen-year-old daughter, S.B. C. Bolton stated she had moved out of the residence this occurred at and she formerly shared with S. Bolton, 506 North Oak Hill Street Apartment 17, Siloam Springs, AR 72761, on 22 May 2017, C. Bolton stated at approximately 1830, 22 May 2017, 8. Bolton called her and told her to never come back to the apartment they shared and that she could not see her children anymore. C. Bolton showed Detective Adams several images on a black LG cellular telephone which shoed females obviously under the age of fourteen years depicted in sexual acts and is sexually suggestive clothing focuses on their breasts. The phone was seized as evidence. C. Bolton stated S. Bolton often enters the bathroom when S.B. and their other daughter, P.B. (11 yoa), are taking showers. C. Bolton stated approximately two weeks prior she caught S, Bolton having sex withS.B. at their apartment on Oak Hill Street. C. Bolton stated she was doing laundry and brought some into $.B.'s room to put away and observed S. Bolton was naked on top of S.B. on S.B.’s bed having sex with her. C. Bolton stated she dropped the laundry basket and left the room. C. Bolton stated she never talked to S. Bolton or S.B. about the incident. C. Bolton stated she waited to report the incident because she was afraid of S. Bolton who assaulted her the day after she saw him having sex with S.B. C. Bolton stated S. Bolton became upset with her and struck her, which ‘caused severe pain and led her to believe her ribs were broken. C. Bolton continuously held her right rib cage and stated she was in severe pain, but denied medical attention that was offered to her. C. Bolton allowed Detective Adams to view her right rib cage and no marks or injuries were present. C. Bolton stated S. Bolton also struck her left hip area, she allowed Detective Adams to view the area and she observed a faint light- colored marking that was unable to be identified. Both C. Bolton's right rib cage and left hip area were photographed. C. Bolton stated she was staying at America’s Best Value Inn (1801 West US 412 Highway, Siloam Springs, AR 72761) Room 102 with a male she met at the Casino (presumably the Cherokee Casino in West Siloam Springs, OK) who’s name she did not know. C. Bolton could not explain why after leaving the residence on 22 ‘May 2017 she waited until 25 My 2017 to report the incident. C. Bolton stated approximately one to one half ‘month prior while she was having sex with S. Bolton he whispered in her ear that he wanted to find two or three young girls to get pregnant as many times as he could. C. Bolton stated none of the children ever disclosed any sexual abuse to her. At approximately 1939, 24 May 2017, interviews of S.B. and P.B. were conducted by Forensic Interviewer Barly Mallow at the Benton County Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC), 2113 Little Flock Drive, Rogers, AR 72758. S.B. stated she feels safe with her “dad” (S. Bolton). $.B. stated she had never been sexually abused. PB. stated she had never been touched in a way she did not like. P.B. stated she feels safe with her “dad” (S. Bolton). ‘On 20 JUN 2017, Sergeant Chase Fine performed a File System extraction on the seized black in color LG 162VL Premier cellular telephone. Several images of female and male genitalia were discovered in the images of both the phone and SD card. A photograph was discovered of two obviously underage females touching a penis. The metadata information for the photograph showed the file was created 23 May 2017 at 9:59:06PM and ‘was accessed 23 May 2017 12:00:00AM. A second image was located of a possible underage male. The photograph showed the male touching his penis, however, the penis could not be seen in the photograph. Themetadata information for the photograph showed the file was created 23 May 2017 at 9:59:06PM and was accessed 23 May 2017 at 12:00:00AM. A third image was located of a possible underage female. The photograph showed the female touching her vagina. The metadata information for the photograph showed the file was created 23 May 2017 at 9:59:06PM and accessed 23 May 2017 at 12:00:00AM. At approximately 0926, 29 SEP 2017, Detective Adams conducted separate interviews of Shawn and Cherie Bolton at the Siloam Springs Police Department. At the beginning of each interview, both Shawn and Cherie Bolton were advised they were free to leave at any time and did have to speak to her. S. Bolton denied any knowledge of Child Pornography on any cellular telephones. S. Bolton stated he was not missing any cellular telephones. C. Bolton denied any knowledge of Child Pornography on a cellular telephone. C. Bolton stated she could not recall locating the image on the cellular telephone or reporting this incident to the Siloam Springs Police Department, C. Bolton stated she woke up at Springwood’s and could not recall events before. C. Bolton stated she was made aware of the allegations by S. Bolton, but could not recall the events happening or reporting them. C. Bolton continued to maintain she could not recall anything about Child Pomography being located. At approximately 1330, 12 DEC 2017, Detective Adams conducted an interview of Cherie Bolton at the Siloam Springs Police Department. C. Bolton was transported to the Siloam Springs Police Department by her husband, S. Bolton, in their shared vehicle. C, Bolton was interviewed in an interview room and advised she was not under arrest and was free to leave at any time, C. Bolton was advised at any time if she decided she wanted to leave, use the restroom, or needed food or beverages she could leave or ask for them. C. Bolton sat on one side of the interview room and Detective Adams on the other. The exit door was not obstructed and there was a clear path to the exit door for C. Bolton to use if she chose to do so. C. Bolton was advised she was there to talk about the incident she reported to the police alleging S. Bolton raped their daughter, S.B., and about pomographic images containing children engaging in sexual acts being located on the cellular telephone she previously provided to Detective Adams. C. Bolton was asked if she believed S. Bolton sexually assaulted S.B. and she stated she did not believe her husband would do that, but if SB. said it happened then it did because S.B. does not lie. C. Bolton state she did not recall reporting the incident. C. Bolton stated S. Bolton did buy S.B. a sex toy, but believed he bought it because S.B. asked for it. C. Bolton stated she tried to raise her children in an open environment, so they would not sneak around doing things behind her back. C. Bolton was asked if she was scared for S. Bolton to be alone with their children, and she stated she was not.
