The Silent Stand - a silent shortfilm

A man is passing by a restaurant. There are some chairs and tables arranged outside the restaurant for
the customers.

A man is sitting on the iron chair of a bus stand and is waiting for the bus. At the moment the bus stand
is completely empty, after some time a group of college students come and then leave with a car that
arrives to pick them. The man stays patient and put.

At the same time a man is sitting on the restaurant chair waiting for someone, probably his beloved to
arrive. The wait keeps on, meanwhile the man has coffee and some food.

The man at the bust stand had been waiting there for 3 hours now, this he notices as he sees that the
company bus has arrived and gone which comes daily after 3 hours of his first bus, which if he misses he
has the option to get on the second bus that comes after 5 mins of that company bus.

The company bus goes and he looks at his watch "8:30 PM" it has been 3 hours since the wait.

On the other hand the man at the restaurant also grows impatient. He looks into his smartphone to see
the time as it displays "3". He was waiting there since 12:noon.

After a while a man arrives at the bus stand and informs him that the bus was cancelled as the driver
didn't show and no other driver is available for that route.

Same time, the man waiting at the restaurant gets a letter from a small girl. The man enquires about the
sender, the girl points to a side, but the place is empty. The man looks at the letter and his face changes
to pale yellow. He pays the bill and stands up.

On the bus stand the man stands-up and then he asks a passing by motorcycle man for lift and gets one.
He leaves. He is shown leaving from behind.

The man at the restaurant sees (imagines) his girlfriend standing next to him. He stretches his hand and
holds her hands. As he does so, the image disappears.

The old man who was passing by and was remembering this holded his own hands (from past), and the
past fades away. He smiles and walks by the lane with nothing but happiness in his style and posture.

OR

Another hand of the same guy comes from behind and holds that hand, but then the previous hand and
the person starts disappearing. (showing that the man committed suicide)
Message to be shown as written "We can wait for endless time, if we know that we will find what we
seek. But if we don't we simple lose the HOPE. Don't wait for anyone to do things for you, take the
initiative, express yourself and understand another."
