First Homeroom Parents and

Teacher Conference

June 4, 201 9 (Wednesday) when the first Homeroom Parents and Teacher
Conference was held. This was done for the information dissemination to the
parents as well as for them to have a harmonious relationship throughout the
Academic Year 2019 – 2020 of the kindergarten.

The following topics were discussed during the said meeting:

1. Rules and Policy of the school
2. Books, Notebooks, Other School Materials and School Uniforms/School
Attire
3. Important Documents to be submitted and Reminders
4. Attitude, Behavior and Discipline of the learners
5. Food for the learners
6. PTA Organization and Projects
1. The meeting begun at 3:20 in he afternoon.. and
its begun with teacher introduce herself. as the
kindergarten teacher. After that she tackle about
the time of the learners should at the school before
the time.Gates are close at 8.00AM and open at
10:30 AM.. In the afternnon close at 1PM and open
at 3opm..Parents were stayed in the canteen and wait
for their kid.. No parents were allowed to enter the
room specially when classes are going on
2.. No implementation of school uniform. t shirt
were allowed.
3. Some school supply were surrender to the teacher
wer the pupils use it in the room.
4. Pupils food should nutritious food. Softdrinks and
junkfoods are prohibited in the school.
5. The kinder learners are graded based on their
performance in the school.

6. Election of the Homeroom PTA Officers.
