the provision of any of the Servlc€s dir8ctly to the Buyer by third-party suppliers
("Suppliers') or by anBties under common control with Seller ("AffIales"). Seter shall

EXPORT.
The parties agree to atlid€ by all U$ Govemment laws and export regulations, induding
without limitation those aNicable to re-export, and when r€quked by such la$,s or
regulalions, Buyer shall apply lorthe necessary and appropdate oxport lic€{l6es, Se{er
shall, al n0 charge to Buy6r, pmmptly provide reasonablo support and documentation if

Any and all dispules relating to this Agreement will be arbitratsd under silherbe rulBs

Collins utilizing reasonable efforls to conecl any erors in the next planned update
cycle.
