Downloading from our web site is restricted to registered users only, for essential content like programs
and price list. Unregistered visitors can only view/download general information like brochures etc.
Else, if you haven’t an account, click on “Register” in order to create a new account.
Fill the requested information at our web site registration form:
After you have “Register”, an email will be sent to your email as declared above.
Click on the link contained at this email in order to activate your account.
Now you can login and download any file from our web site (programs, brochures, user manuals, price list
etc.) as described below.
2.2 Installation
2.2.1 Minimum Requirements
Any Windows PC or Laptop with the following characteristics:
- RAM 1 GB or above
- Free Disk space of at least 100MB or more
- Microsoft Excel 2010-2013-2016, updated to the latest Service Packs
- Administrator’s rights at the user’s Windows Account in order to run installation only
2.2.2 Limitations
In case of a Network installation, one user is allowed to have full control of the program
(open/change/print/save), where at the same time unlimited users can use it as Read-Only
(open/change/print). Every user opening the program will be asked if the program will open with full
control or as Read-Only, until someone takes the full control. Then, if the full control has already been
given to a user, all other users opening the program will be informed for the name of the user that has now
the control of the program.
If “C:\” is not the desirable destination disk, edit the installation path by changing the disk drive letter.
An example is given below, where the drive letter has been changed from “C” to “M”.
Attention: Remember that the final path should always remain of a format like
“C:\AMS-Marine\TMSA Manager\” with the ability to change drive letter “C:\”, but not the rest of the
path “\AMS-Marine\TMSA Manager\”.
Repeat the same procedure for all users in the network, using always the same Network Drive path.
- Setup will only add any files or folders missing from the original installation and will add shortcuts
for the new user at his PC.
- Existing files and folders will remain as they are, making this action safe for the files containing
your data, regardless of the time you will decide to add a new user.
2.2.6 Upgrading to a new program version (Always within TMSA Manager v3.xx)
Running a newer version of the Setup file, will cause the old program installation to be automatically
removed and the new program to be installed.
What you should know before this action:
A whole copy of the old Program file where all your data is included as well as a copy of the folders
with documents and photos, to an independent place, is always suggested to be kept.
This action can be done either by running the Setup file or by clicking on the “Uninstall” shortcut of the
Windows Start Menu:
Alternatively,
If program still not responding at opening, then check at the top of address bar for a message like:

asked again to “Enable Content”.
