Sub: University examinations – B.Tech IV Year (II Semester) Submission of examination

Students are hereby informed that B.Tech IV Year (II Semester) University
examinations will be conducted from 12.04.2019.

Detailed timetable for the above examination will be notified separately, candidates
appearing for the above examinations shall fill in the application forms and the Hall Tickets
attached thereto, which will be available in the office of the Director, School of Engineering
and Technology, S.P. Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati.

The whole examination fee of Rs.2100/- shall be remitted to “SRI PADMAVATI

MAHILA VISVAVIDYALAYAM EXAMINATION ACCOUNT NO: 174910100003235”.
The paper wise examination fee for B.Tech. candidates is as follows:
B.Tech. Rs.2100 .00
For supplemental candidates (paper wise breakup)
For each paper with Marks statement 665.00
For two papers with Marks statement 775.00
For three papers with Marks statement 865.00
For four papers with Marks statement 950.00
For more than four papers with Marks statement 1130.00
Consolidated Marks Statement & Migration Certificate Fee +970.00

The last date for submission of applications without fine is 05.03.2019. In case of
applications received after the above prescribed date the late fee will be collected as
follows.
Late fee from 06.03.2019 to 07.03.2019 Rs. 180/-.

The filled – in application form along with Bank Challan for the fee paid shall be
submitted through the Director, School of Engineering and Technology, S.P. Mahila
Visvavidyalayam College, Tirupati so as to reach the undersigned on or before
07.03.2019 without fail.
Note:  Physically challenged students with minimum 40% of any kind of disability as certified
by the medical Authority, are eligible for exemption of examination fee. Medical
certificate along with application shall be forwarded by the concerned Head of the
department.

examinations will be conducted from 20.04.2019 and 23.04.2019 respectively.

Detailed timetable for the above examination will be notified separately, candidates
appearing for the above examinations shall fill in the application forms and the Hall Tickets
attached thereto, which will be available in the office of the Director, School of Engineering
and Technology, S.P. Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati.
