Topic of the Project How to organize big and small size parties.
Responsibilities for this report I had to first keep a good check on the inventory level to
period cater large number of parties in the restaurant. I was
asked to confirm on the customer party leads.
What experiences were I had a direct contact with the customer, understanding
particularly rewarding during this their needs and requirements for the party and then
report period? cater their request further. I had to give them best
possible offer so that they don’t turn down my offer. I
gave them the entire details of food and beverage menu
and suggested what options best suits their requirement
list. Booking the table for them, providing them with best
experiencing in terms of ambience and services.
What experiences were It’s very difficult to cater all the requirements of
particularly disappointing or customer at same time as customer is never ready to
