MEDICAL SCIENCES (AIIMS) AT BHOPAL, BHUBANESHWAR,
JODHPUR, KALYANI, MANGALAGIRI, NAGPUR, PATNA,
RAEBARELI, RAIPUR AND RISHIKESH
6. DR. HARSHVARDHAN to move the following:-

“That in pursuance of Section 4(g) of the All India Institute of Medical

Sciences (AIIMS) Act, 1956 read with Section 6 of the AIIMS
(Amendment) Act, 2012, the members of this House do proceed
to elect, in such manner, as the Speaker may direct, two
members from amongst themselves to each of the ten All India
Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) At Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar,
Jodhpur, Kalyani, Mangalagiri, Nagpur, Patna, Raebareli, Raipur
and Rishikesh, subject to the other provisions of the said Act.”

MOTION FOR ELECTION OF TWO MEMBERS TO THE
AGRICULTURAL AND PROCESSED FOOD PRODUCTS EXPORT
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (APEDA)
7. SHRI PIYUSH GOYAL to move the following:-

“That in pursuance of clause (d) of sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the

Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development
Authority (APEDA) Act, 1985 read with rule 3 of APEDA rules
1986, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such

manner, as the Speaker may direct, two members from
amongst themselves to serve as members of the Agricultural
and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority
(APEDA) subject to the other provisions of the said Act and rules
made thereunder.”

Bill to be introduced

The New Delhi 8. SHRI RAVI SHANKAR PRASAD to move for

leave to introduce a Bill to provide for the
Arbitration Centre
Bill, 2019. establishment and incorporation of the New Delhi
International Arbitration Centre for the purpose of
creating an independent and autonomous regime
for institutionalised arbitration and for acquisition
and transfer of undertakings of the International
Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution and to
vest such undertakings in the New Delhi
International Arbitration Centre for the better
management of arbitration so as to make it a hub
for institutional arbitration and to declare the New
Delhi International Arbitration Centre to be an
institution of national importance and for matters
connected therewith or incidental thereto.

ALSO to introduce the Bill.

immediate legislation by promulgation of the New Delhi International
