CHANGES TO THE FEBRUARY 2013 PRICE BOOK

Price Book changes are reflected in yellow throughout the price book. If the part number is
highlighted in yellow it means it is a new part number. If the description is highlighted in yellow
then it refers to a change in the description only. If the price is highlighted in yellow then it refers

There is an EOL list in the Excel spreadsheet version as well. This document will tell you of all
• EOL'd products and replacements if they exist.
Chapter 1. Access Control Software Products
All OnGuard Software purchases or Turnkey Server purchases do not ship with Media unless
• specified on the VAR Software Reporting Form. For clients purchaseable software options are on
OG Kits now are shipping with LNL-PR10 [newer model XF1050K from Xceed ID under the brand
• name AptiQ] - On top of this some of the OG kits highlighted in yellow had price increases due to
the new readers
NEC Fault Tolerant Boxes have been cycled to a newer version which means new part numbers
• and new options for storage capacity and memory upgrades.
Chapter 3. Card Readers/Cards/Card Printers and others
Lenel Branded "OpenCard plus OpenProx" readers have been switched to the boxey XF lin of
• readers to the new rounded edge AptiQ line of readers. The firmware and functionality is the same
but the model numers have completely changed.
• HID has EOL'd its Wiegand line of readers and credentials effective February 1st 2013
HK-PROX-CR has been added which is a kit consisting of a HK-CR & HK-PROX unit as these
• need to be purchased together as this is a factory installed reader
Lenel currently does not have a drivers license or passport scannig solution due to a manufacturer
• EOL of the existing product, we are currently working on getting a new solution certified.
Chapter 4. Video Products
• Lenel has released its new Video Management Solution - PRISM.
The DVC-EX-Axx-xx-xxT chassis' have been EOL'd and the newer models are DVC-EX-B-Axx-xx-
• xxT. The difference is a processor change without a change in VAR cost, this processor change
makes these units much faster and more equipped to handle more cameras.
SkyPoint has a SUP discount on SP-CS SUP and SUP for SP-CS-1C from now until June 30,
• prices in the price book reflect this discount.
• SkyPoint also has a new policy on the SUP plans - see page 109 for more informaiton.
Chapter 5. OAAP Partners
Lenel has added another Biometric partner in Suprema/Entertech which is certified through OAAP.
•
With this certification Lenel is authorized to sell the Suprema/Entertech line of Biometric devices.
Chapter 6. Services Products
SUSP has completely redesigned their offerings for ADV, PRO, Enterprise Master and Region
• solutions, offering a tiering effect to reduce total cost of SUSP.
PES has cut their products in half and reduced pricing on most of their offerings to be more
• affordable and easier to purchase.
