Getting back around 4:00 AM I wanted to at least check out one new album for the week. Honestly
nothing really came to mind as a must-listen, so I thought I would just try something new, the first thing
that stood out, and the album cover of this new album begged for my attention.

I'm glad it grabbed it as well, as Stonechild certainly proved to be worth giving a listen.

I didn't absolutely love the songwriting/lyricism across this record one hundred percent of the time, but
it ended up ... read more

Stonechild is presented as the pinacle of jesca's musical maturity.
First, it may have the best harmonies of this year, without them I don't know if this album would be as
good as it is. There is undeniable work here but Stonechild is really less friendly than Memories are now.
I don't completely see where she goes with her lyrics, she includes many micro-sounds and she has
some atypical arrangements.

Apart that, this is gorgeous, omg. Every tracks are so detailed, even the friendly ones like ... read more

Ugh.

Jaden Smith's music has, to me at lest, seemed at lest more interesting then the usual 'best in the
game's, with at lest an attempt at making a strong, interesting concept. However...yeah he certainly
doesn't seem to get there in terms of delivery. You can dress up a bland, boring and bad rap project all
you want, but if the music sucks, then your pretty out of luck. And with a Tracklist time of more then an
hour, I was absolutely dreading this one.

Still, Jaden has got some talent ... read more

stumbled home in a drunken haze just in time for friday, uber ride saved me up seven flights of stairs
and ERYS cuddled me in bed.

PINK is the juxtaposition needed alongside BLUE except the concept is held its every trope of trap
absolutely blued into vocal minapulation and Jaden in his stunning form, its lost and jagged and broken
in every right way, Even “again” sounds well constructed in this world of overexposed beats and just
blarred out of sleep beats its

exactly what ERYS ... read more

I just listened to the entire thing twice, and let's say I've come to a conclusion. It's that I will legitimately
never give a damn fuck about this dude's music ever again.
Sunset Tapes was one of my least favourites last year. I didn't review it because I thought it wasn't a bad
album, as much as it was a non-album, half assed with no effort put into it whatsoever.
This ERYS thing right here, is an extension to that, in a more high budget, sophisticated way. Jaden's
songwriting flaws are still ... read more

Tyler the type of dude to rhyme "sarcasm" with "orgasm" and still have a fire verse.

This album surprised me, then disappointed me in the latter half. No one needs 6+ minute tracks of
Jaden. I hear the ambition though. At least he's trying something. That's a whole lot more than what I
can say about his last mixtape. He seemed to take Plastic, the only tolerable song there, and made more
of that here.

Also, All Gold Everything dude on a song? You can tell he loves to take ... read more
