INTRODUCTION
Tourism is one of the most rapidly growing sectors in the world, and adventure tourism is one
of its fastest growing categories. Increasingly, countries in all stages of economic
development are prioritizing adventure tourism for market growth, because they recognize its
ecological, cultural, and economic value. Adventure parks are one such category that comes
under community based tourism that minimize all the costly expenses and prevents
environmental harm to our society.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES AND TRENDS IN INDIAN SECTOR


This section examines key trends in the growing segment of adventure tourism. Demand is on
the rise as global levels of disposable income increase and consumer interest in customized
and transformative (i.e. meaningful, perspective-changing) experiences grows. Thus, more
people can adventurous activities. However, changing consumer expectations, increased
technology and connectivity, and changing demographics in the major source markets for
adventure tourism have an impact the nature of the demand. Growth on the supply side,
meaning the creation of businesses to meet and/or create demand, also exists. The barrier to
entry in adventure tourism is low, especially in emerging and developing markets

Park of wonders is one such tourism product which very new in its own. keeping in mind that
park of wonder will provide high end dummy structures of all 7 wonders of the world which
will not only provide a new concept to Indian tourism industry but will reduce the financial
burden for those people who comes under category of wanderlust and are more towards
travelling.

India has its own diverse sector hence park of wonder will also work as education sector for
much young generation because majority of Indian population is considered to be young
generation. The new trend of this theme will always has a high chance of working because
India is a developing country and park of wonder will be different kind place which will keep
them away from the hustle of metropolitan life.

Indian tourism sector has plenty of different theme of parks for every age and for every kind
that includes the rock garden, ramoji film city garden, variety of cave gardens for
adventure tourism located in different parts in india which is quite new trend to go for
because the growth of industrial sector and pollution have made difficult for people to
stay in cities. According to reports of environmental organization people spent 35
percent of time in a day walking, performing yoga and spending leisure time in parks
only.
Parks of wonder will provide them the same experience in different manner by showing them
the gigantic masterpiece in and around the world as majority of the people don’t get the
privilege to roam around every corner of the world.

Depending on historical structure of destination the level of development and products
offered the government structure organization that promotes and regulates tourism differs
around the world. In some country the tourism of responsibility handles over to the ministry
of the trades, and others the ministry of environment and several others are handled by
ministry of tourism.

The government entity is often responsible for destination development, regulation, ensuring
sustainability, and quality control. In addition to the government structure, most countries
have some sort of destination marketing entity that is responsible for the promotion of the
destination. Most Destination Marketing they often partner with the private sector to increase
the impact of their activities.

The garden of wonder model will be made on model which will environmental friendly and
cover more than 1 acre of lands. The majority of lands will be acquired of abandoned
factories so that cover maximum number efficient lands. This will cover lands of agriculture
sector which are not suitable for agriculture products and all lands will be government
authorized. The land will carry a budget 1 crore which include the infrastructure and shops
for eating which will be based on theme located to every wonder with a motive to showcase
the tradition life of the place where each wonder is located. All the expenses will be covered
with the income generated from the visitors visiting to their shops and ticket system.

The garden of wonder will have seven different themes which will differentiate them from
one and other and the entire forest will covered with environmental friendly product which
will also include making of an infrastructure with the mixing of non-biodegradable waste
keeping in mind the environmental society for healthy lives.

The Internet and the development of online portals will drastically changed the the model of
garden of wonders in terms of mass tourism; however, the impact to the community based
tourism sector is more on the demand side than the supply side. Consumers are empowered
through access to a wide range of information and tools, including a massive and ever-
growing number of consumer-generated reviews.

Moreover the garden will use online system and high cctv cameras which will be used for
security purpose and will cover all the basic amenities such as police station, hospital etc.
MARKETING
Marketing analysis will include the survey regarding to choosing to particular destination and
will include certain methods such collaboration with school and NGO so that to create a
name in the market as children are more excited to see something unique for the first time.
More over several publications and online media sources will be used for digital marketing
and promotion.

NEED FOR THE SERVICES AND BENEFTIS


The garden is wonder is one of those products which will have the ability to attract not only
domestic or community based tourists but will also attract foreign tourists because India
being developing country is coming up with innovative infrastructure every year. The recent
reports by the government has shown that several tourist spots both in public and private
sector have come up with which India 27% growth in tourism sector which is benefit to
Indian economy.

According to annual reports products like mini TAJ in north east, PUB-G theme restaurant’s
across India and many more have just came to showcase the interests on demand new trends
emerging trends.

The initiating of GARDEN OF WONDER is basically to assist the knowledge of this


infrastructure to the young minds for education purpose so that our young generation which
are majority of them belongs to middle class or below that will get a gist of what is there is in
existence in and around the world as per report analysis 40% of people living in india itself
have not seen TAJ-MAHAL due to financial instability. The project will open in major cities
of India such as Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh etc. with the motive of providing accessibility to
each and every one in and around country.

The theme based garden will also have various sections different age groups as many people
have different mind-set to provide full assistance in hospitality sector and more visiting to a
particular wonder everything will be provided relating to that particular theme because people
wants more exposure when they visit to destination.

GARDEN OF WONDER will be one such products which will provide ease not only old age
people but it will encourage the young minds to be a part of developing nation and more over
it will be a product which will be unique itself infrastructure in one package will not only
provide a sense of pride but also but also bring our economy in tourism sector onwards and
upwards.
