ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

You will be part of IT Automation and Control Team that drives process automation
and service delivery of Sulzer internal IT Services. You will be focused on
performing design, development, and modification to extend capabilities of the
ServiceNow platform as well as create and maintain ServiceNow solutions (e.g.
business rules, screen tailoring, workflow administration, reporting, data imports,
service catalog development, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third party
software integrations). A well-qualified candidate will take initiative and
practice proactive communication within a collaborative agile team.

Your key responsibilities:

� Understand data imports and help coordinate resolution/clean-up of data from

integration systems

� Create, configure, and troubleshoot Forms, Workflows, Business Rules, Interfaces,

User Experience Pages, etc.

� Use ServiceNow orchestration to automate IT operational and security controls as

well as IT delivery processes.

� Use standard techniques to elicit and document business requirements

� Manage testing process and go-live readiness

Your profile:

� 2 System integration experience using web services and other web based
technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP

� Working experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow APIs

� ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business

rules, client scripts, custom apps, and development methods

� SQL database knowledge

� Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP

� Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

� Ability to set priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines

� Organized, service-oriented, pro-active and self-motivated

� Excellent English language skills

� Experience with following Agile Scrum development methods

Qualifications

� Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar and four years of relevant

experience or Master�s degree in Computer Science or similar and 2 years of
relevant experience.

Certifications
� ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required

� ServiceNow Application Developer Certification preferred

� ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist preferred

� ITIL Foundations Certification preferred
