2. Recall “Last meeting, we discussed about the Seasons in the Philippines and for our
review, Who can give the different season in the Philippines.”
B. New Lesson

Motivation :The Teacher will show a pictures of different shadow.

Presentation

The teacher will ask the students “Base on the pictures being showed, what do you
observed? How shadow formed?

C. ANALYSIS
1. What is an eclipse?
2. What are the types of eclipse?
3. What is the difference between solar and lunar eclipse?
4. How do eclipse happen?
5. How typhoon formed?

Evaluation: Short Quiz 1-10


E. ASSIGNMENT:
Research on other significant Philippine Folklores associated with the solar and lunar
eclipses. Write the folklore title on the 1 whole sheet of paper with a short summary
on what it is about.
Appendix A: Presentation Learning Activity Rubrics

Content- offers current information on the topic chose thoroughly covers 20pts
each aspect of the question.
Presentation- the student makes a genuine effort to present, not just read 20pts
the materials
Teamwork- Each member of the group is actively and effectively participating 10pts
towards a specific goal.
