Against all odds and in spite of the fact that the
government has not supported our demand to
provide our people with clear drinking water
PTI has worked a solution and installed over
filtration plants across the constituency using
own personal & donated funds in many areas
of NA247 (namely Hijrat colony, Tekri colony,
Reti Line, Gizri, Shah Rasool, Block 1 Clifton,
Railway colony and a few others - these plants
continue to provide fresh drinking water to hundreds of local resident living in the areas.
This shows the resolve of PTI MNA and his team that without a penny from the government or any kind of support, we have ensured clean drinking water
to parts of our constituency and will continue to install more.

Aftab Siddiqi, your Member of National
Assembly from NA 247 is a graduate of NED
University in Civil Engineering and completed
his Masters in Project Management from USA.
He has been associated with the construction
industry for over 27 years and is the Managing
Director and owner of 'Paragon Constructors'
which is one of the leading construction firms in
Pakistan.
His firm Paragon Constructors takes pride on
being credited for the extension of Bagh-e-Quaid.
For PTI he was the man behind the arrangement
of PTI Karachi's massive Jalsas of 25th
December 2011 and 22nd July 2018 and was
also the campaign manager for Imran Khan's
constituency of NA 243 Karachi.
He later contested the elections from NA-247
the seat vacated by President Dr.Arif Alvi.
From the word go, he has been working day in

the fact that he is only a call away and devotes
more time to his NA-247 secretariat than his
own business. When the assembly session is
not on, he visits the secretariat daily.
He has introduced a complaint cell enabling
people to register complaints. He has been
running from pillar to post to resolve the water
issues and for that he has held many meetings
with the Station Headquarters, CBC, KWSB and
DHA.
Under his able leadership the 5 MPAs are doing
work in their respective constituencies and each
MPA is managing a team comprising of their
cabinet members to look after health, education,
cleanliness, plantation, social welfare and law
& order.
He encourages the people of his constituency
to join hands as together we can resolve the
issues faced by us.
MNA spearheads the
Cleanliness Drive
Baksh Village / P&T Colony
Under the banner of Chamkta
Dhamakta Karachi, MNA Aftab
Siddiqi initiated a cleanliness drive
on a Sunday morning from Baksh
village and P&T colony. The drive
ably supported by CBC staff, the
MNA took part in the cleanliness
drive and said that clean
environment is not the sole responsibility of the
government. He urged the residents to shoulder
responsibility of keeping their surroundings clean.
He promised to bring back the lost glory of this
glittering city which Sindh government has
completely turned into shambles.
Delhi Colony
His resolve to keep his constituency clean Aftab
Siddiqi, he undertook a massive cleanliness
drive in various streets of Delhi Colony. While
talking to the residents he said that since the
voters have reposed confidence on the dynamic
leadership of PM Imran Khan, PTI will never
disappoint them. Referring to the step motherly
treatment meted out to
leave it at the mercy of Sindh government.
These initiates have already shown visible
improvement in cleanliness within the
constituency.
Health Camps
The MNA and his team has been regularly
organizing free health camps in colonies of NA
247. The camps offer free check-up, free
medicines and has conducted numerous free
eye operations for the needy patients. MNA is
very keen on organizing these camps to take
healthcare to the doorsteps of those who cannot
afford it.
Shelter Homes
On the initiative of the PM Imran Khan, MNA
Aftab Siddiqi set-up a shelter home for the
homeless. The home was established with the
help of Molty Foam who donated the mattresses.

The world cannot deny potential Pakistan has as a country. My message to everyone is to understand
the core responsibility one has towards Pakistan as a citizen. It might be tough in the beginning but it
will provide a long-term benefit for the generations to come.

Profile
Shahzad Qureshi, your Member Provincial Assembly from PS-111 is a man with a mission. Unlike many
of his peers, he never thought of migrating from Pakistan and decided to stay put and play his part.
He has been leading from the front, participating in campaigns, drives or raising his voice against injustice.
With years of hard work and learning, Shahzad is in a position where he is determined to play a positive

Qureshi Political Career

The journey of Shahzad Qureshi with PTI began years ago from the INSAAF Professional Forum. Shahzad
always supported NA250, which is listed as NA 247 now, team and took interest in the different initiatives
MPA with a mission taken by Dr Arif Alvi and Samar Khan. Shahzad has been there in almost all the endeavours of PTI
NA250/NA247 namely plantation, health committees and national flags distribution on the Independence
Day at different locations throughout Karachi. Shahzad's political career has been shaped because of his close association and working with the Karachi Cabinet.
The agenda remains to counter response to propaganda and sensational news against PTI on a day to day basis. All such
participative pointers had led Shahzad to gain the position of General Secretary South District. NA250 / NA247 has been a core
position of Shahzad, where he has worked day and night to pursue PTI's mission of Naya Pakistan. He has also been acknowledged
by the party for his contribution during the elections and rallies

Political and Social Initiatives

Shahzad has been involved in undertaking various campaigns on his own as his commitment
to CSR. One of the prominent drives undertaken by Shahzad included the collection of
donations for the concept of street schools. Shahzad is aware of the critical fact that
education can bring positive results in Pakistan's growth as a country. Hence, Shahzad
has resolved the issue of water supply at a school in Qayyumabad, Karachi. Furthermore,

"Clean Beach Project" in Karachi.

Ramzan
Ghanchi MPA

Ramzan Ghanchi was elected to the Provincial

Assembly of Sindh as a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-
e-Insaf from Constituency PS-109 Lyari (Karachi South-
III) in Pakistani general election, 2018. The constituency
is also part of NA-247.
Ramzan Ghanchi received a bullet on his leg while
fighting for the
rights of
residents of his
constituency
and was
shifted to a
private
hospital.

Political Journey
Her political journey started from Community Service in March 2015,
it all started from Mera Karachi Group where she was the Team Lead
for Water Issues and Technology Initiatives. Later she joined the PTI
Education Team led by Ex MPA Samar Ali Khan in 2016 with an aim
to uplift the infrastructure and academic level at Government Schools
in the constituency. Adopted Qamar ul Islam and Pak Jamhooria Schools
each hosting 700 plus students.
With regular visits and close coordination won the hearts and confidence
of School Management and Government of Sind Education Department
to improve the learning environment, increase enrollment, equip them

with right tools and train the faculty through Private Public Partnership and monitor the progress through academic results though
was from Opposition party but based on the efforts was appointed by Sindh Education Department as part of their 21 Core Team
members of District South Education Office in 2017.

For the distribution of Ramadan Zakat Ration Program/Christmas Ration in the constituency, she introduced a system of AMEENs
from the local Political Team to select the deserving candidates for the Zakat based ration during Ramadan 2017 to ensure transparency
for the Zakat Donors.

She played a key role in digitization of voters list as part of Karachi Cabinet - took ownership of the Digitization Project for three
Constituencies NA-250, NA-253 and NA-252.

She is a great advocate of women empowerment and was one of the panelists when Standard Chartered Pakistan launched
#SCWomenInTech with a theme "Let us create more Role models in technology".

She was the chief guest at a function organized by Women entrepreneurs at Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industries on
#IWD2019.

While speaking on the occasion she said "Our country has seen many strong female leaders, and we must ensure that our daughters
know the importance of the leaders, so they can be inspired to achieve the same levels of excellence and hard work and understand

During her entire political career, she has been working with both Samar and Dr Alvi. She does
a lot of social work and works closely with organizations like Lions club, welfare societies and
peace committees. Her focus is mostly less privileged areas (katchi abadis) and through her
MPA social work she tries to practically help families and communities. One such work is arranging
weddings for the poor and needy.
