ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY (Current)

• To report to Operations Manager in respect of core operational activities pertaining to scaffolding
contracts.
• To prepare quality and HSE related standard documents such as method statement, quality assurance
plan, risk assessment, HSE & HIP plan pertaining to scaffolding contracts.
• To prepare schedules of the project and maintenance job in co-ordination with respective stakeholders
and accordingly planning / sound forecasting of the manpower, staff, scaffold material and other
resources required to meet the job schedule.
• To Identify the scope of work as per the contract on the assigned tasks and effectively co-ordinate
with QHSE, operations, procurement, planning and other associated departments for the initial approvals
of key personnel’s, materials, equipment’s, transportation and other resource requirements of the projects
/ maintenance jobs.
• To conduct site visits to assess the scope of work for potential contracts and design jobs.
• To ensure the project is progressing as per approved estimated budget approved schedule and inline
to the project control requirements with continuous review of daily progress report.
• To liaise with client requirements through regular progress & co-ordination meetings in order to
efficiently deliver the contractual scope of work.
• To conduct scaffold inspections at various sites and maintain Scaffold Inspection register
accordingly.
• Site based scaffold Design Engineer to address urgent scaffold designs.
• Quantity Surveying and handling technical queries from Projects sites.
• Site Management of Scaffolding Contracts.
• Manpower and Material management.
• To generate the monthly invoices and keep follow-up with client for all the overdue invoices of
assigned jobs in co-ordination with commercial and finance team.
