AFFIRMATION OF JEAN EXEQUIEL

I, JEAN EXEQUIEL, of legal age, single, Filipino, a resident of

Burauen, Leyte, Philippines and, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state: THAT -

1. I am making this affirmation in connection with the application of

BENELYN D. SCHOMBS for immigration benefits of the United
States of America. The contents of the affirmation are based on my
own knowledge and are true.

2. I was born on January 21, 1991 at Brgy. 71 National Road, Putatan,

Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

3. My address is Burauen, Leyte, Philippines.

4. BENELYN D. SCHOMBS, the beneficiary is my long-time friend

for twelve (12) years.

5. I first became aware of the relationship of JEFFERY SCHOMBS

and my friend BENELYN SCHOMBS when she brought with her
Mr. SCHOMBS and introduced him to me in one of the events in
our hometown in Burauen, Leyte.

6. I also saw pictures of BENELYN D. SCHOMBS and JEFFERY

SCHOMBS in Facebook which showed how both of them loved
each other and confirmed her story of how madly she was in love
with him.

7. I have visited JEFFERY SCHOMBS and BENELYN D. SCHOMBS

at their apartment located at Door 2, Lot 2 (Ted’s Apartment),
Brgy. 33, Paterno St. Tacloban, and found them to be a very happy
couple and obviously in love.

8. I was a witness during JEFFERY SCHOMBS and BENELYN D.

SCHOMBS wedding on March 18, 2019 held at the Municipal Trial
Court in Cities (Branch 2), Tacloban City.

9. I have personal knowledge of the bona fide relationship between
JEFFERY SCHOMBS and BENELYN D. SCHOMBS. Their
marriage is legitimate, viable, and not entered into for any
immigration-related purpose.

10.My relationship to JEFFREY SCHOMBS is that of a personal

acquaintance as he is the husband of my friend, BENELYN
SCHOMBS.
