My experience using phone

Cell phones have become incredibly advanced in a relatively short amount of time, and the
possibilities for the future are seemingly endless. Early cell phones were just for talking. In
recent years, the purpose of the cell phone has been changed to a multimedia tool, and adopting
the name “mobile device” rather than being called a phone at all. It’s not just the technology of
the cell phone that has changed over time and the physical design has also changed.

I already used cell phone since 5 years old, at that time phones are as thick as a textbook with
(Code Division Multiple Access) CDMA network, it only have black and white display colors,
and its already have a good feature like radio, sound recorder, alarm, and playing game. One year
later I use another cell phone and it already have many display colors, (Global System for
Mobile communications) GSM network, camera, and bluetooth features. But still, both of that
phone can’t be used to surf on the internet, until when I’m in 5th grade, I got another phone with
qwerty type keyboard, 3G network connection, and the special thing from this phone, it can be
used to watch tv without internet connection, all the user need to do is pull the antenna from
bottom part of it and choose tv application in the menu, it’s pretty good for that time, it also can
install and run java application and the storage is expandable, so the user can install much more
application and watch film and play music. Then, at 2nd grade in junior highschool I used
android phone until now.

There is many things happen when i use these phone, like their durability after fall from high
distance and drown in water or broken after got charged all night. But the most thing happen
when I used it, is smartphone can give some addictive effect, because there is a lot of application
that can be downloaded and installed in one device. This addictive effect is really hard to be
stopped, because when the user already bored with one or more application, the user can
download another application, it can be stoppped for a while if the userr device run out of battery
or the application got some maintenance for a long time.
Another thing happen is, it can affect the user mental health. There is no doubt that phone
technology has changed from cellphone to smartphone, and also it changed how we live our
lives. Social media, apps and the internet connect us with more people and information than ever
before. But at the same time, it can make us feel more isolated and lead to some not so healthy
habits. Social media has not improved the moral climate of society. All of the disgusting jokes,
innuendo, and stories that find themselves to the Internet surface on social media. These would
get far less widespread attention and Social media would be better if they weren't so easily
passed on or posted.

The conclusion I can get from my experience is, people nowadays have to manage their phone
usage so they don’t get addicted into it, and not easily passed on or posted a post in social media.
