CONCORDIS 3.0 REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

o Each chapter is allotted fifteen (15) Delegates for the first batch of
registration. These slots are to be delegated by the chapter officers.
o Each Chapter Presidents or any one (1) officer from each chapter are
allowed to submit registration forms and requirements via email.
o The first registration shall start on September 12,2018 and end September
21,2018 at exactly 5:00pm
o A partial list of official delegates shall be published by the organizing
committee on September 22, 2018
o Second round of registration shall be open on Sept 24,2018 and will end
on October 01,2018

Good day!

The United Architects of the Philippines- Students Auxiliary (UAPSA), the duly
recognized student organization of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), and the
national organization known to cater to Architecture students by organizing seminars,
events, and activities for its members’ academic and personal well-being.

The United Architects of the Philippines - Students Auxiliary, Saint Louis

University Chapter (UAPSA-SLU), University of the Cordilleras Chapter (UAPSA-UC) and
University of Baguio (UAPSA-UB), will be organizing a leadership development program,
entitled “CONCORDIS”; the program is aimed towards cooperation between the
architecture students of District A1A, promoting unity between the respective Universities,
as well as to showcase one of the most popular locations in Baguio City. In regards to this,
we would like to invite your child to join us in this event

The said activity will be held at the Camp John Hay, Baguio City on October 14, 2018,
(Sunday) from 7:00AM to 4:00PM. We look forward for your positive response. It would be
greatly appreciated as we take it as a big help towards our goal of a united chapter in the
City of Baguio, working side by side with chapters from the provinces of Pangasinan and La
Union.

Please be informed that your son/daughter has expressed his/her intentions of

joining our event. Should you allow your son/daughter to join our activities, kindly fill out the
attached “Statement of Parental Consent” and submit it to the assigned UAPSA officer,
along with a photocopy of your valid ID card.
