PETITION FOR MODIFICATION

Mother, Linda Hollyfield Aldridge, respectfully petitions this Court modify the parties’
Final Judgment of divorce in support thereof states as follows:
1. On or about May 2, 2017, this Court entered a Final Judgment of Divorce between
the parties.
2. The parties were awarded joint custody and Mother was named primary
custodian.
3. Upon information and belief, Father has been spying on women in dressing
rooms at a gym, including taking their photographs without their knowledge.
4. Mother has confirmed with Hoover police that Father’s phone has been seized
by police and investigation is underway.
5. Under Alabama law if convicted this can require registration as a sex offense
pursuant to Ala. Code 13A-11-32.1.
6. Social media posts indicate that the gym has confirmed this behavior via security
footage.
7. At the very least this demonstrates a terrible lack of judgment that undermines
his ability to exercise his custody/visitation until receiving therapy and parenting education.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court
modify custody and visitation, calculate child support in accordance with the Alabama statutory
 DOCUMENT 1

guidelines and award attorney fees, and grant such other other further relief as the Court
deems just and proper.

ORDER

Defendant's Ex Parte Motion to Modify Custody and grant the Defendant Sole
Custody is hereby DENIED. The Defendant's Motion to Modify Visitation is hereby
GRANTED IN-PART. Plaintiff's Visitation shall be SUPERVISED by the Plaintiff's
Mother, the PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER until the conclusion of the pending criminal
proceedings.

COMES NOW the Plaintiff/Father, by and through his attorney of record, Elizabeth Zwiebel

and requests this Honorable Court issue an order maintaining any facts or interviews to news or press as

confidential and giving no comments to news and/or press regarding either the underlying criminal case

or the family law case due to this ongoing litigation.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Father respectfully prays this Honorable Court will

issue an order for all parties and counsel for all parties not to give any statements or comments to the

news and/or press regarding any facts relating to the father’s case whether it be the criminal case or the

family law case, and for any such other, different, and further relief that he may be entitled to receive.

ORDER

Plaintiff's Motion to Restrain Parties and Counsel from any statements and not to
give interviews to the news/press is hereby GRANTED. The pending Domestic
Relations case involves minor children and sensitive issues as well as the pending
Criminal case. Neither party is to address the press regarding these ongoing issues
and that no comment be issued upon being approached by any media outlets.
