MISSION AND VISION

"I, the SMPCS Guidance Counselor, as one of the school" thrust program
implementer, is committed to identification and development of human potentials
and capabilities to bring out peak performance and productivity of our pupils and
our school as well. I also strive towards an effective guidance program services
for the actualization of my objecitives, to this end I am committed to achieve my
goal, "BETTER SERVICES THROUGH INTENSIFIED GUIDANCE PROGRAM"

I. (CF) COUNSELING

(O) aims to helps students attain sel awareness so that they can be
responsible for themselves, overcome personal difficulties and realize his/her
role as agent of transformation.

(IN) Come up with the narrative of pupils citing the child's abilities, values,
strengths, weaknesses and work out a plan for solving his/her difficulties

III. (CF) HOMEROOM GUIDANCE

(O) The permissive atmosphere in the classroom during the homeroom

(O) Aimed to look into the effectiveness and adequacy of the guidance
program and educational program in general.
