EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This document records the performance test result of new site GOAF of the Globe LTE FDD network to verify if the newly build
site performance achieves the performance requirements. All KPIs are divided into several parts, including RRC Connection Suc-
cess Rate, ERAB Setup Success Rate, PS Call Drop Rate, Intra-Frequency Handover Success Rate, User DL/UL Peak Throughput,
Average DL/UL Throughput that are pre-defined in the LTE KPI Proposal for SSV acceptance.
The document is highly confidential and is strictly to be used only by Globe and Huawei. This SSV Acceptance Report is made
according to the agreement document describing the area and the applicable design rules and values. This document will be
submitted in Hardcopy and Softcopy included supporting data. Information contained in this document shall not be disclosed to
any other party unless it is expressly authorized by Globe and Huawei.

Site MERCDS has finished integration on February 23, 2019. BFT test is conducted on February 23, 2019. Site MERCDS integra-
tion date is officially broadcast on February 23, 2019. While SSV drive testing is conducted on May 31, 2019.
