Pendahuluan

 Pertama kali dikembangkan oleh McMaster University di Kanada


 Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk menilai kompetensi klinis mahasiswa
berdasarkan observasi langsung pada saat mahasiswa berinteraksi
dengan pasien.

Skala Penilaian

6 skala rating
1. Tidak memuaskan (unsatisfactory)

2. Di bawah harapan (below the expected level of student performance)

3. Sesuai harapan (at the expected level of student performance)

4. Di atas harapan (above the expected level of student performance)

5. Istimewa (outstanding student performance)

6. Ahli (performance at the level of a medical graduate)

 Terdapat kolom untuk penguji memberikan feedback kepada
mahasiswa.
