Minutes of the Meeting for GENERAL P.T.A

Date: June 28, 2018

Attendance: SRAHS Faculty, Principal, Parents and Students
Venue: San Roque Arbol High School, Lubao, Pampanga
Theme/Topic: First General Parents-Teachers Assembly

I. Preliminaries

The meeting started with a heart-warming prayer led by Mr. Ferian Eraña, the only values
education teacher. It was followed by short welcome remarks given by the Principal of San
Roque Arbol High School, Mrs. Carmen H. Carlos. She also introduced the new faculty
members for them to be officially welcomed by the community.

II. Subject Matter

a. Past-Accomplishments and some of the on-going works in All Subject Areas together with
the office accomplishments and PTA Accomplishments.
All subject area teachers together with the Principal reported the school’s
accomplishments during the S.Y. 2017-2018 and they are as follows:

 Building Acquisitions
 MPS
 Students Ratings

Below are the PTA Accomplishments:

 Acquisition of New Audio-Speakers

 Purchased a LED Projector with white screen
 On-going Faculty Room for SHS Teachers

b. Future Programs
During the meeting, the body is informed of the plans for the school year 2018-2019.
Basically, the topics about improvements on physical facilities, instructions and other
activities are opened.
c. Election of the General PTA Officers
The table opened for the election of new GPTA officers and the body selected the best-
fitted individuals for each positions. Due to the good performances and very transparent
maneuver of funds and allocations of the former members, most of them retained their
positions in the GPTA. On the next page is the list of the GPTA Officers for S.Y. 18-19.
