do hereby name, constitute and appoint MARILYN A. QUIROS of legal age, single,
resident of CANDUMAN, MANDAUE CITY, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact,
and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To represent me for and in behalf in processing my BIR requirements;

2. To receive and acknowledge receipts;
3. To sign and execute necessary papers and documents in relation thereto and
generally to do or perform any act or deed necessary or that may be required in
furtherance of this authority.
