TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Hard Disk Cost extra as per requirement.

2. If beaten or channel wiring required charges for beaten, channel will be paid by party.
3. Connectors BNC, RC, DC will be charged extra.
4. Internet Cat5E will be charged extra.
5. Internet Domain charges extra Form 2A to be filled for Internet connectivity.
6. For Installation 48 working hours will required to start job after receiving of payment with
attached quotation.
7. Company is liable only to display DVR on LAN network on one computer ( if required).
8. To watch DVR on LAN windows XP must be preinstalled with direct X9 and java Run tIme, and
for windows Vista Direct X 10 and java Run Time.
9. For lock to be installed with video door phone at Iron gate welding machines is to be arranged
by the customers and for wooden gate carpenters is to be arranged by the customers.
10.Company will not held responsible for any damages like wall plaster cutting while doing wiring.
11.Any connector or wiring damage after once installation completed , service will be on
chargeable basis.
12.Re- setting of internet on DVR after Installation is completed, service will be on chargeable
basis.

 WARRANTY POLICY

1. 12 months onsite warranty for products

2. Hard disk warranty from principal suppliers only.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. 50 % Advance and 50 % 5 days PDC at the time of order.

2. All payments to be made in favour of M/s. Computer Information Technology.
3. Installation cost extra.
4. In case of Cheque bounce, double the cost of cheque to be paid by customer.
5. Interest will be charged at 30 % for late payment after due date.
6. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
7. Taxes as applicable.
