Functions.

Principal Accountability:
1. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

3.Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational
structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
Funds Management
1.Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
2.Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment
requirements
3.Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's
borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
4.Maintain banking relationships
5.Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
6.Arrange for equity and debt financing

8.Recommend appropriate dividend issuance, based on historical dividend patterns and
expected cash flows.
Budgeting
1.Manage the preparation of the company's budget

Benchmark Point Sdn Bhd in Perai Industry area. It was a short stay there for 8 months as there was
a dispute within the Shareholders. It was a Electronic Company handling around 200 workers.
Duties are obtaining a good understanding of the business, operation, cost control environment and
provide analytical financial advice.
I’m responsible for business case evaluation and preparation of timely management information
relating to financial performance for dynamics and plan for business strategies.
Ability to prepare systematically and comprehensively analyse various revenue and cost data, yearly
budget preparation explanation on monthly performance and provide solution and
recommendation to improve revenue contribution and cost optimization
