1(a) 30 min Fixation of purlins (C10020) on roof of
Display Building

10 min 1) The purlins of length 6297 mm and 4328 Power Tools: Drilling Machine, Metal Drill Bit of dia. 10 and 14
mm will be placed in position and marked for Grinder, Impact Driver, Drill Press mm (M8 and M12)
drilling. Machine Concrete Drill Bit of dia. 10 mm
20 min 2) The purlins will be drilled and bolted. (M8)
Grinding Disc
Additional: Long Extension, Short Cutting Disc
Extension. Thread Line, Spirit Permanent marker
1(b) 100 min Fixing of plates in between sections of Level, Spanner (13, 19, 24 mm),
length 6773 mm under roof of Dispenser and Adjustable wrench.
Canopy

I propose Safety: Safety Shoe, Hard Hat,

1) Divide length of 6773 by 3 to get 2250 mm Safety Goggles, Safety Gloves,
5 min 2) Attach thread line in between the two first Safety Harness
Equal Angle Plate (E.A.P) fixed onto the
beams of a sections – X Axis.
2 min 3)Measure 2250 mm inwards
7 min 4) Repeat step 3 for the other end
15min 5) Repeat steps 2 – 4 for the last two E.A.P of
that section
5 min 6) Attach a tread line in between the fixed
plates – Z Axis
15 min 7) The point where the axes intersect, are the
positions for the other plates and fix them.
150 min 8) Repeat steps 2 – 7.
1(c) 75 min Fixation of purlins (C10020) under roof of
Dispenser Canopy

30 min 1) The purlins of length 2695 mm and 6755

mm will be placed in position and marked for
drilling.
45 min 2) The purlins will be drilled and bolted.

1(d) 10 min Fixing of square plates to tighten threaded

bolts on beam of Dispenser Canopy

10 min 1) Fix plate and tighten bolts on beam.
