OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the session the students will be able to:

1. Explain the Mission, vision & Value Statement of TESDA


2. Acquainted with the Personnel/staff of the training centre
3. Understand the institutional standards, training rules and regulations of PTC Malilipot
4. Orient and explain the Competency Based Training Delivery
5. Familiarize with the workshop layout, equipment placement, comfort rooms and canteens
6. Discuss their expectations about the training, their trainer and the training provider
7. Promote a safe and healthy approach to the entire duration of the training.
8. Engage in practice of good citizenship through cooperation & camaraderie.
9. Learn essential life and employable attitudes (Skill for Life)
A. Introduction

Good Morning/Afternoon class!

My name is MICHAEL ANGELO M. NEO, 30 years old of age, resident of Ludovice, Sagpon, Daraga, Albay, but oftentimes I stay at P5, San Jose
Malilipot Albay because of my work. I am & will be your trainer in Automotive Servicing NC I; I also have qualification in AUTO NC II, M/SES NC II, and
Driving NC II & CHS NC II. I know everybody is excited to learn all about Automotive Servicing. ARE ALL OF YOU EXCITED? (If there’s no response or
the response is weak, repeat the question as to gain the interest of the trainees). Maybe, there’s so many question on your mind? Let me hear some of
it? There’s no correct or wrong answer, just ask the question that bothering you-(remind trainees that question should be related to the session or
employ the wait and see technique, if trainees has no response re-phrase the question). Thank you for sharing with me the things that are bothering
you, we will try to address these things that you have shared with us to the best of our capabilities thru this training starting with this session.

In this session you will learn all about the knowledge, skills and attitude specifically in body electrical or what others refer to as electrical accessory
system of vehicles. What are your reasons why you take this automotive course? Is this course provides a significant importance to you? Why?

Within 40 hours session you are going to learn the following, Understand the training rules and regulations of PTC Malilipot, Familiarize with the
workshop layout, equipment placement, comfort rooms and canteens, Acquainted with the Personnel/staff of the training centre, Discuss their
expectations about the training, their trainer and the training provider, Promote a safe and healthy approach to the entire duration of the training,
Engage in practice of good citizenship through cooperation & camaraderie, Learn essential life and employable attitudes (Skills for Life) & Conduct and
Implement 5’S before and after the activity.
