Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting its number and date on the Tender Form. This
Addendum shall be considered an integral part of the Contract Documents and shall be read together
with the Drawings and Specifications previously issued and with all subsequent addenda.

I. ADDEND THE SPECIFICATIONS AS FOLLOWS:

A. Section 01005 General Instructions

.1 Clause 4 Contractor’s Use of Site: Add new sentence “. 10 Contractor to provide the
temporary underground 3 phase electrical service prior to the excavation for the Elevator
Addition. Refer to Section 01020 Cash Allowance for the Temporary Electrical

Service, including the excavation and backfill.”

B. Section 01500: Temporary Facilities:

1. Clause 7: Power and Light Renovations:
a) Sentence 7.1 Delete: “and for the operation of power tools, is available at the existing main
distribution centre”
b) Add new sentence ”4. Construction Power is NOT included in the Cash Allowance. The
Contractor is to provide their own power for construction purposes”

II. ADDEND THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AS FOLLOWS

A. Drawing A-4: Elevator Section:

1. Section C-C:
a) Add note at lower landing, floor type F2 : “Refer to Drawing M3.0 Detail 4, Submersible Duplex
Pump Detail. Slab Elevation to 2800mm below Basement Floor Elevation.”
