1 Decoupling, Electrical, C&I connections removal Motor lifting
2 Oil draining, Motor stool removal ,Bearing housing removal, Stuffing box, Discharge Tee, Cooling
water connections and Head Shaft removal
3 First column pipe, Second shaft with muff coupling & Spider removal, Second column pipe
removal, 3rd shaft muff coupling with spider 3 removal
4 Bowl assembly totally lifted with 4th and Impeller shaft and impeller
5 Dismantling of bowl assembly and cleaning
6 Surface preparation by Henkel
7 Shaft sleeve removal ,Shaft run out checking
Ploymer Coating
and Shaft with sleeve assembly
8 Drying
9 Bowl assembly with impeller shaft and 4th shaft
10 3,2 shaft with column, spider muff coupling assembling ,Head shaft ,discharge Tee assembling
11 Bearing housing assembling, stool ,cooling water connections assembling
12 Motor , Electrical, C&I connections and coupling
13 Alignment and trial run
