Trisha Chakraborty obtained her B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh
University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2017. She obtained Dean’s list award and
University merit scholarship for all four level of undergrad studies and secured 10th position out of 198 students of
her department. Her undergraduate thesis title was “Band gap Engineering of monolayer h-SiB alloy by applying Bi-
directional Strain and simulation of the electrical properties of Bilayer h-SiB”.

Her research interests include Nanomaterials, Analog Circuit Design, Digital Circuit Design and VLSI Technology.
