Special Tasks/Assignments

1. Overall Supply Chain management (SCM) of the Pharmaceuticals in the Regional

office (selection, forecasting, logistics, distribution, monitoring and evaluation)

2. Oversee the implementation of all programs and activities that the Pharmaceutical
Division is implementing

3. Sit as a member of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) to ensure that all
medicines procured by the Regional Office (RO) conforms to the technical
specifications of the Philippine National Formulary (PNF) and the Drug Price
Reference Index (DPRI)

4. Ensure that consolidated monthly inventory reports and quarterly SCM assessment
of all RHU are submitted to the Regional Directors and Pharmaceutical Division on
time.

5. Ensure that the MAPs concern and other Pharmaceutical related tasks are properly
executed as this involves mainly medicines

6. Apply and comply thereafter all the licensing requirement specified by the FDA for
the Regional warehouse

 7. Gathering of samples for FDA testing from the different RHUs as part of the Post
Marketing Surveillance

8. Attend seminars, workshops, and orientations related to duties and responsibilities

as prescribed by the DOH-Pharmaceutical Division.

9. Submit the summary of monitoring and utilization reports quarterly to the DOH
Pharmaceutical Division

10. Consolidate and submit Requisition Issuance Slip(RIS) in all access sites included
in MAPs or as directed by the DOH Pharmaceutical Division program managers

11. Perform other functions related to the DOH Pharmaceutical Division Programs as
may be assigned by the RO Director/Supervisor from time to time.
