Terms and Condition:

1. All prices are VAT Exclusive
2. (25%) Twenty Five Percent down-payment upon issuance of Purchase Order or Notice of Award.
3. (75%) Seventy Five Percent Progress Billing upon delivery of items indicated on Purchased Order or Notice of award.
4. Production Lead Time: 180 days from completion of all measurements.
5. Production Proper: 150 days will commence upon submission of complete master-list with size and approved designs
6. Production of Fabrics are 45 to 60 days.
