B. Impact Monitoring
Quantitative analysis of environmental parameters was carried out. It was assessed on how it is seen or felt by the
community stakeholders including the workers. The implementation of the piggery project can give additional
income to the LGU, Villasis, Pangasinan and the workers near the site.

IV. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

A. Compliance Status
Based on the compliance monitoring, the project is complying with its Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC)
conditions and Environmental Management Plan (EMP). The total head population did not exceeded its approved
total stocking population and no other facilities were added

B. Environmental Management Plan Status

The existing EMP will still be implemented in the succeeding periods. Updating of it was not yet done, as the need
is not yet necessary.

C. Environmental Risk Categorization

The project is classified under the medium-risk category, needs to be monitored regularly. However since
appropriate mitigating measures are implemented, the project impacts become insignificant, thus continuous
implementation of such measures is encouraged.
