TRAINING DESIGN

I. TRAINING TITLE :

2019 SUMMER DISTRICT BASED IN-SERVICE FOR TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS

II. RATIONALE :

Relative to the usual conduct of the Division Summer In-Service

Training, the district office of Libertad shall conduct a district based in-
service training for teachers and administrators which aim to attain
excellent performance in the field.

III. General Objective:

To transform teachers to be more dignified, well rounded and well

informed educators who are exponent of change in the District of Libertad.

Specific Objectives:

a. Uplift socio-economic status of teachers.

b. Enhance teachers with skills to improve school ambiance to be

more appealing to school goers.

c. Update teachers with the new DepEd policies and guidelines.

d. Provide teachers avenue to address existing school problems

through an action research.

IV. Training Methodology

It is an interactive, lecture/session type of training with

administrators and teacher-facilators using different mediums like the OHP,
computer generated projector using the Microsoft power point. Participants
will be given handouts and activity sheets. A selected group of teachers will
be assigned to highlight the unfreezing activities and outputs will be
displayed at the end of the training.
