WORK PROFILE:
 As a Maintenance Engineer in Turbine department, we should perform theschedules of
preventive Maintenance for the all auxiliary system of steam turbineto avoid premature
breakdown.
  During captive shutdown to assist the technical team while dismantling the LP, IP, HP rotor for
coal blasting of inner casing, rotor etc.
 While dismantling of HP, IP and LP casing measuring the gap of Labyrinth seal by using filler
gauge and casing bolt tension by use with Dial Gauge on record for Re-installation.
 While dismantling of Journal Bearing of HP, IP and LP rotor checking the led-impress for
measuring Gap on rotor and bearing.
 After dismantling of Journal and Trust Bearing checking blue match to find the contact of
bearing with rotor, and improve the contact portion of bearing removing the Babbitt material for
good contact.
 During assemble of rotor taking measurements on record for making check sheet.
 As a Maintenance Engineer working in Steam Turbine Units of 660MW and 330MW, familiar
with Mechanical seal repairs, HP and LP Bypass Valves Repair, Single & Multi-stage pumps
repairs, Centrifugal pump overhauling etc.
 As a Maintenance Engineer Checking the shaft Run-out, Rigid Coupling alignment, Motor Short
Foot etc.

BOILER as per the standard of drawing, ADANI POWER LTD.,
 Successfully Erection and commissioning of drip line of HP HEATER on 660MW TURBINE,
ADANI POWER LTD.,
 Overhauling of Butterfly valves and plate heat exchanger, inspection of rubber coating pipe line at
Turbine area, CGPL, TATA POWER LTD.
