Disciplinary Matter/s: Critical Work Day Absence © Absence during a work day declared as critical, due to business exigencies. (e.g. before and after holidays where a spike in work volume is expected, before and after payday or weekend when absenteeism is high). Your failure to report to work during expected hours is risky for the LOB since your actions directly affected the LOB’s show rate; and the team’s capability to hit the required target by the stakeholders 2. The team’s morale could be affected since they have to do extra effort to ensure that they cover for your numbers 3. Your failure to report to work during expected hours increases your team’s (& the LOB’s) chance of being declared under CWP CONFIDENTIAL, Failure on your patt to give a written explanation and be present in any stage of the investigation shall be considered a waiver of your tight and management shall proceed in the bases of the facts gleaned, from the information, including documents and witnesses! testimonies, we have at hand.
