ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT AS OFFICER-IN-CHARGE

November 27-30, 2018

An Officer-In-Charge of the school plays a major role in the absence of the School Head.
As designated officer-in-charge, the following activities were accomplished.

On November 27, 2018, Instructional Supervision was done with PSDS Rosario dela Cruz,
Ph.D. Six teachers were observed namely; Mrs. Marvita Ortaleza, Mrs. Cristeta Marco, Mrs.
Matilde Respicio, Mrs. Nenita Sibal and Mrs. Lorena Pagulayan. A post conference was done
in the morning and in the afternoon to give feedback on the strengths and things that need to
improve by each teacher. As a whole, all the teachers performed well during the classroom
observations.

Mrs. Yolanda Pagulayan and Mrs. Grace Abana visited also the school in the morning to
monitor the status of the EBEIS of the school.

Liquidation report was also made by the ADAS.

The whole day affair was indeed a fruitful one.

On November 28, 2018, continuation of School-Based Instructional Supervision was

done with PSDS Ma’am Rosario dela Cruz. Four teacher were observed in the morning namely;
Mrs. Gloria Narag, Mr. Allan Dave Liquigan, Mrs. Mrs. Jessamyn Lozada, Mrs. Alma Bitanga
while in the afternoon were Mrs. Virginia Taguinod and Mrs. MaryJane Yacapin.
Everyone performed well during the observation.

The retired English Supervisor, Encarnacion Cariaga, Ph.D. came to school to get the
image of Mama Mary and assigned Mrs. Virginia Balisi to entertain her in the office for I had to
accompany Ma’am Rosario dela Cruz for the continuation of her classroom observation.
 GPTA President Jerry Langcay informed me that they are going to conduct “ Clean Up
Drive” in the Gulayan sa Paaralan and requested the assistance of parents from kindergarten
up to Grade VI

On November 29, 2018, GPTA President Jerry Langcay , parents and some teachers
worked together at the school garden and the area in front of the gate for a “Clean- up Drive.”

As to classroom instructions, everyone were on their post while Mrs. Rosemarie Talosig,
Mrs. Marites Taguinod and I accomplished some reports at the principal’s office.

The assigned school guard came on November 27, 2017 and started his duty in the school.
Mrs. Rosemarie Talosig, whom I assigned was the one who gave orientation to the new guard
for his functions in the school.

November 30, 2018 at 9:30 in the morning, I came to school to do the drafting of request
letter for the demolition of SEF and DepEd Buildings and accomplished also the
accomplishment report as OIC and left the school at 11:30.

On the same day, Mrs. Marilou Cabalza conducted her MTAP Class while Mrs. Matilde
Respicio and Mrs. Lorena Pagulayan with other coaches from other school did the coaching of
their athletes at the gymnasium and school grounds.

Mr. Randall Talamayan came to visit the coaches and athletes.

The school guard was on his post when I arrived in the school.

All the activities were done smoothly.
