RESERV ATIONIRELAXATION:
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates will be as per Government directives. Age
relaxation of three years for OBC candidates, five years for SC/ST candidates and five years for
PWD candidates, will be given only if the relevant caste I disability certificate (clearly indicating
percentage of disability) is enclosed. Candidates who belong to OBC should compulsorily enclose
the relevant certificate in Annexure A only.
PAY DETAILS:
In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, HRA, Performance
Related Pay, Conveyance Allowance, Leave Travel Allowance (LTA), Professional Development
Allowance (PDA), reimbursement of medical expenses, Children Education Allowance, Attire
Maintenance Allowance, Entertainment Allowance, Interest Free Multi Purpose Advance, Vehicle
loan at subsidized rate of interest, Interest subsidy on housing loan, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity,
etc as per Company rules will be part of the remuneration package.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Applications of General I OBC candidates should be accompanied by a crossed Demand
Draft drawn on any Scheduled Bank (preferably State Bank of India) for ~ 500/- (DD of ~ 200/-
in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) in favour of Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore.
Candidates working in PSUs I Govt. organizations should submit the application through proper
channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of the interview.
Interested candidates should submit the application only in the downloadable application
format, which has been uploaded on this website and send the applications through postl courier,
superscribing on the envelope the post & domain applied for. Self attested copies of the
following documents should compulsorily be enclosed:
GENERAL:
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Such candidates will be
reimbursed to and fro train fare, by the shortest route on production of the railway ticket receipts
as per Company rules. Candidates for the post of Manager / Dy. Gen. Manager will be eligible for
reimbursement of First Class train fare and candidates for other posts will be eligible for Second
Class train fare, as per Company rules.
These vacancies have been identified to be filled up by external candidates only, through
Direct Recruitment. Therefore, applications from internal candidates will not be considered.
Deserving candidates may be extended relaxation in age / experience based on merit, at the
discretion of Management.
