    This provides a great Risk Rating methodology which seeks to assess each Risk/Impact as per its
    Type. It provides Health, Safety, Environment and Property Damage Risk Rating requirements as
    assessed by the Risk Coordinator or Assessor.
    Most Risk Registers I have seen and audited are likely to miss and misplace the significance of Risk
    Rating. Once risk rating is not properly observed or executed the Risk Profile will not be Constance.
