Abortion Is Not Aa Womaen’s Right

Over the past decade the arguments about abortion have been the same. Abortion is a

womaen’s right; abortion has nothing to do with rights. Abortion is an act used to kill a baby

before it has had the time to be born and live a full life, a life like you and me. Abortion is about

wanting to act with no consequences. It’s about not being properly guided. If woman were to be

guided properly and given the right information she would think twice before aborting. The

media, politics, and Planned Parenthood want women to believe that it a women’s right to abort.

If the action of abortion were to fall in the same category as a right then it would contradict the

right one has to live.

Before this year the talk of making abortion an act of murder is one only talked about and

not one that has been able to be enforced. This year alone there has been over three states to pass

laws that make abortion murder after a heartbeat is heard. As citizens who abide by the laws of

our country it is our civil duty to help those who cannot help themselves, speak for themselves,

and fight for themselves.

Abortion has been an action that women don’t fully pay attention to what is being done.

There are so many around encouraging them to do it that most of the time they are not fully
aware of what is about to take place. It has become so normal and popular that when the time

comes the decision is fairly easy.

There have been many fights in court around many states about not allowing abortion.

Planned Parenthood is behind so many abortions and help women fell it is the right thing to do.

They make abortion look like something normal, natural, and part of life. If one were to stop and

analyze the facts on what this is all really about, they would find answers and see that abortion is

not the only way out. Abortion is not the only safe way to get rid of a life that you cannot or will

not have.

It is said that at times abortions are needed in order to save the mother’s life, this can be

understandable. At times a mother finds out her child will be born disabled or with many other

deficiency or problems. However, it’s not always that the drs are 100% sure about it. There is

only one reason abortion should be though about and taken action, and that’s when you see the

mother’s life is in danger. Then the mother and father can discuss together what should be done.

What is not understandable and should be excepted is when the mother simply does not

feel she wants it, or just because she has the option she goes and aborts. Back in the 70s-80s

abortion was very illegal and, women would go after Drs who would do illegally, go after

someone who claimed they new how to do it, our they would do it themselves. Many women

started dying from infections and other illnesses because of doing it the unproper way. This was

one of the main reasons they started to legalize abortion.

If only the women new that there was another way, a way that they didn’t have to be

embarrassed or afraid. They needed to know they had the support needed. Instead of being
educated that abortion was the only way they could have been taught different alternatives and

then abortion would not be the first and only way. Commented [JE1]: Alyssa, while I appreciate your passion
on this topic, it seems you missed the instructions on this a
bit. Part 1 is merely for you to introduce the topic itself.
There was not supposed to be any of your opinion included
in it. Instead, this paper was to be just you defining key
terms in the topic and providing some historical context.
You did do some of this, but it was clouded with your
personal opinion. Be sure to keep Part 2 neutral…..Part 3 is
where you get to include your opinion.
