• Analyzing and standardizing unit supply needs, which has led to a 20% reduction in high
dollar catheters stocked and has allowed the Electrophysiology cost center to be more than
$25,000 under budget for expiring product for the 2017-18 fiscal year
• Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customers in order to educate and
ensure continuity and coordination of services
• Assist in building relationships with suppliers to help ensure high quality of service
• Manages department reprocessing program to ensure adequate supplies are available, and
obtain product from OEM when necessary
• Research and analyze new equipment and supplies to ensure adequate quantities for use by
members of multiple electrophysiology teams
• Introduce new technologies and cost saving opportunities, including additional product
reprocessing options, to Value Analysis Team
• Collaborate with suppliers in order to repair and/or replace non-functioning equipment
• Train and support medical teams on Pyxis supply technology usage and patient management
• Negotiated contracts and signed more than a dozen artists within several niche art genres
• Controlled & performed manufacturing and shipping for both wholesale and retail accounts
• Performed all business accounting duties, including bank reconciliations, accounts
payable/receivable, data entry, and journal posting
• Overseeing and managing show trade show/ festival staff based on anticipated sales
• Created design layouts for more than a dozen product lines
