DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER (GRADE : SM / AVP) – 2 NOS

(For digital payments, transfers & savings)

• Primary Role & Responsibilities


– Research industry and competitor trends in BFSI & non-BFSI space for functionality and feature developments across all
mobility products (mBandhan, USSD, SMS / Toll-Free, UPI) and Retail Internet Banking (RIB)
– Conceptualize innovations and product development, seek business & cost approvals for the same
– Develop, manage and oversee execution of all product development / enhancement projects including approvals of BRDs,
FSDs and other stakeholder approvals
– Manage development of UX / UI / Customer Journey for the managed set of transactions across all digital assets
– Analyze customer journeys and customer feedback from channel managers for future developments / improvements
– Manage overall relationship with internal stakeholders like various Business Heads, IT, Information Security, Risk,
Compliance etc. for product development
– Assist the digital banking head in developing future roadmap and strategy for the respective digital product managed

• Core Skills & Qualifications


– MBA with specialisation in Finance / Marketing / IT. PMP and / or UI certifications would be an added advantage
– Overall experience of 5 + years preferably in the BFSI / E-Commerce domain with specific experience in Payments
business (Wallets / UPI / Bharat QR etc.)
– Experience in digital product development and management like mobile and/or internet channels
– Understanding of financial and e-commerce products & services.
