1. How many seats are there in the PGP-HRM course?
The course has 60 seats.

2. Is there scope for student exchange?


Yes, every student of PGP-HRM course can apply for an exchange. The final selection
depends on various factors like your profile, college chosen and interview.

3. Are there any clubs dedicated to the HRM programme?


The HR Direction is an Academic Club related to the HRM program and entails year round
activities related to Human Resources Management

4. How is the faculty of the HRM programme?


The MDI faculty is a healthy blend of academicians, policy makers, administrators and
managers. As a consequence, our students are able to get a rich mix of state-of-the-art

5. What is fees for the whole Program?


The combined fees for the whole program is Rs. 21,34,000 (including the mess and Hostel
fees).

6. Placements of HRM program:


The placements are separate for HRM and PGPM programmes with the top companies
coming to campus for the same.

Summer Placements 2018-20 Batch: The Human Resources Function saw surging demand
from the industry this year with several firms opening their HR profiles for the first time.
MDI reinforced its position as the institute of choice for major recruiters in the HR domain.

Final Placements 2016-18 Batch:

The rapidly emerging reputation of MDI Gurgaon for its Human Resources Management
program was renounced by companies across a multitude of sectors viz. Conglomerate,
Consulting, FMCG, BFSI, and IT/ITES making offers to the students. Companies like Aditya
Birla Group, Airtel, ITC Ltd extended Pre-Placement Offers in Human Resources
Management, thereby reaffirming their confidence in the quality of talent pool in this
domain. Airtel, Godrej Industries, Pernod Ricard and Reliance Industries Limited recruited
for their coveted HR leadership programs. EY, Mercer and Willis Towers Watson recruited
for HR consulting roles. PepsiCo, Ericsson, Marico and Nestlé were some of the other
companies which also participated in the placement process. The average package was at
19+ lakh per annum.
