1 The   learned   Counsel   for   the  Plaintiffs  seeks  time   to  file  the

evidence affidavit along with a supplementary compilation of documents.

The   Plaintiffs   had   been   directed   to   file   the   final   evidence   affidavit   and

supplementary compilation of documents by order dated 29.11.2018 on or

before 20.12.2018.   It was mentioned in the said order that the Plaintiffs

are given a final opportunity to set their house in order.  The Defendants

were also granted liberty to inspect the originals in the Court registry and

to take photocopies from the Court records.   The learned Counsel for the

Plaintiffs   seeks   further   time   to   file   the   evidence   affidavit   and

supplementary   compilation   of   documents   on   the   ground   that   there   are

further   documents   which   the   Plaintiffs   have   come   across   and   which

required to be produced.

2 Accordingly, the Plaintiffs are given a final opportunity to file

the evidence affidavit and supplementary compilation of documents on or

before   22.07.2019.     A   copy   of   the   evidence   affidavit   as   well   as   the

supplementary   compilation   of   documents   will   be   served   upon   the

Defendants by 22.07.2019.  

3 Place   the   Suit   for   marking   the   Plaintiffs   documents   on

24.07.2019.
