AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, ATTY. JEB S. MABAHU, of legal age, Filipino, single with office address at 615
Sulucan Street, Sampaloc, Manila after having duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state:

1) That I am the counsel of the petitioners in the case entitled Juan Dela
Cruz versus Pedro Panadero for disqualification as electoral candidates docketed
as SPA Case No. 19-001 pending before the Second Division of the COMELEC;

2) That on June 13, 2019, I served a copy of the Memorandum to

respondents’ counsel by registered mail as evidenced by the registry receipt
attached in this Affidavit; and

3) That personal service of the afore-mentioned petition to the

respondents is not feasible due to lack of time, distance and lack of messengerial
aide to personally serve the same.
