1. To prepare production targets and scheduling of operations to meet targets.

2. Select and control of different resources of production system in the most


effective and economic manner and also among different departments

3. Develop systematic approach for planning and utilization of Inventory in the


optimal way

4. Knowledge on ERP system for customer requirement planning and


companywide integration.
